1. When are you open? week days 7-10pm, weekends 8-8pm
   
2. Is there a joining fee? Yes, joining fee is £35.00.
   
3. Are there seperate memberships? Membership is a whole package, there are no seperate gym or swim deals.
   
4. Do i need an induction? Ideally, yes. We like to show you how the equipment operates and make sure you are safe and confident on it.
   
5. Can i bring a guest? Yes you can. it costs £5.00 for one activity or £7.50 for two activities. You can also bring more than one guest.
   
6. Are classes included in the price? Yes they are.
   
7. Are sunbeds included in the price? Sunbeds are not included in the price.
   They are £3.00 to members, and £5.00 to non members.
   
8. When is the pool open? The pool is open normal club hours, it just closes half an hour before the rest of the club.
   
9. Do i have to have a fit test? Not essential but advisable.
   
10. Is the joining fee annual? No, its a one off fee.
    
11. Are there people to assist in the gym? Yes.
    
12. Am i tied to a contract? No, but you need to give us two months written notice.
    
13. Do you have kids swimming sessions? yes, see below for times:
    Cross-in-hand: 3-6pm Tuesday and 1-4pm Saturday
    Crowborough: 3-6pm Wednesday and 10-1pm Saturday
    Uckfield: 3-6pm Wednesday and 10-1pm Saturday
14. Do you have personal trainers? Can be arranged.
